Is TDS deducted on purchase of Fixed asset??? and what if it is a case of work contract???

What if I have purchased a fixed asset from a contractor????

services is subject to tax if u take fix asset on rent then tds deducted @ 2%

not applicable if immovable property then tds appicable like land that also value of property value more than 5000000/-
