If the rent amt is not fixed and it exceeds 1,80,000 in december then tds should be deducted on all amt paid earlier or only in december payment

Yes you have to deduct the TDS on previous payments also

YES, DEDUCT ON FULL PAID AMT.

 

Tax has to be deducted on full amount including any amount paid earlier in the current financial year at the time of current payment.
also, you may have to pay penalty. please refer penal section.

You will have to dedcut TDS on the amounts paid from the begining of the year and remit the same along with interest. 

You are required to deduct TDS on amount paid from beginning at the time of current payment.

YES VARSHA,  IF THE AMOUNT PAID OR CREDITED IS CROSSING THE THRESHOLD LIMIT , THEN THE  TDS DEDUCTION WILL BE FROM THE rS.1/-, ALWAYS.   SEKAR
