I booked provision for hospital bill amount 30000 & deduct tds 10% 3000. Now actual billl came of amout rs 25000 then what to do now??? Plz advise in accounting purpose in our record & tds purpose.

Now you can adjust the excess amount TDS against any other TDS liability even in differenct section of TDS payment , can be adjusted for subsequent period also.

Otherwise you may go for refund.
