Tax paid at the time of sale of house property. The person also subject to tds in business and profession head. so he can claim tds of house property under business head???

TDS is Advance Tax. You can claim it doesn't matter under which head it was deducted.

You need not specify the head of income for claiming the TDS. But you need to disclose the sale of property and income there from may be under the head capital gain so as to coorelate it with the TDS on sale of property.
