Ledge scrutny required as paer sututaion cheque ebery angle. exps tds appliacble or not section wise. its exclude service tax, advamce paymant. etc.

TDS deductible on Advance payment but I want to know if bills booked after 6 months and tds deducted and paid thereon, then is there liability to pay interest on late payment of tds as per payment basis ?

I think TDS will be deposited with interest, because If you have no bill you can make a provision for that period.
