Sir,
As per my knowledge if you give form 15G for non deduction on Tax, you can avoid TDS but later if there is any Tax Implication on your business, you would have to pay tax at a later stage with interest.
Kindly estimate your profit and later on decide whether to fill 15G or not.

dear sir
thanks for your reply.
export business is now a days not sure. i might make taxable income or might not but my tds gets cut and if i go for refund it takes 1 to 2 years to get it back so i thought incase if we are allowed to give tds waiver form and later pay tax with interest. my only query is that is it allowed and is it legally allowed or later on it can be some penalty type issue so i am not sure coz i asked many but no one gave me same reply but all have different replies so i am confused.
