you can remit the tds amount by giving cheque to bank with the manual 281challan or by online. the E-Challan No. 281 is available on www.tin-nsdl.com

Yes of course. otherwise late payment interest at the rate of 1.5% p.m or part therof from the date of deduction would be levied.
