what is maximum limit for deduction of tds on salary for the ay 2016-2017..?

There is NO LIMIT ,
you are required to deduct FULL income tax , leviable in ESTIMATED TOTAL INCOME after giving effect to deductions and TDS , on AVERAGE MONTHLY BASIS,
