after processing of return ..can the return b revised just for claiming refund???

Yes, If you have filed return in time, you may file a revised return u/s 139 (5) within one year from the end of the relevant assessment year or before the assessment is made,whichever is earliler.
But what if the assessment is made...? Yeah, in that case you may file online a rectification request u/s 154.
