TDS deducted is not reflected in 26AS. how to claim refund in such case?
Dear Ma'am
Kidly ask for TDS certificate from deducter. There could be following posibilities....
- Deducter has not filed his TDS Return or
- Return file with wrong PAN no. of deductee or
- Deductor's TAN has been canceled
It's Asvisable kindly coordinate with your deducter before claiming TDS in your Income Tax Return to avoid any Interest or penal charges by the Income Tax Department.
