Question is :-Is there any tds deduction applicable in transfer fee of property. the breakup of payment is as follows. TRANSFER FEE before registration of property (APPLICATION MONEY + UNIT VALUE + PARKING = TOTAL AMOUNT) 3% TRANSFER FEE + 12.36% SERVICE CHARGE = RS. 5,31,936/- + 65,747/- = RS. 5,97,683/- . |
