While submitting tds return for 4th quarter 24q if u have inserted the details of that employee, in annexure II, whether u have deducted tds or not, then only u can get the traces tds certificate online otherwise not. You can issue manual tds certificate but it is of no use. Tds Certificate from traces are only valid one.
