3.An amount of Rs. 1 Lac to be payable on coupon purchase and Rs.1000 for Registration fees
What the nature of TDS applicbility of the above.?

Dear Sir
No need to deduct TDS on this payment. It's business expenses inccured for business promotion.
You are not receiving any service from them so not fall in any section of TDS.
