Respected Sir,
One of my client provision created for Audit fee as on 31.03.2014 without deducting TDS,but tds deducted at the time of payment. Payment date is beyond 30.09.2014.My question is that audit fee is allowable or not under Income tax act. Please answer me it is urgent.
