one of my client has filed tds returns for the a.y 2012-2013 &2011-2012. but have not claimed tds in those years..is it possible to claim tds of those years

Punit, it seems that you want to say that your client has filed income tax return but has not claimed TDS. If it is refundable then yes you can claim it by rectifying your return.

yes..the client is in reciept of rental income from 3 properties.there was dispute with one tenant and he was not paying rent but was crediting his books with the rent and depositing tds accordingly for f.y 2010/11 &2011/12.,but client has filed return without showing the rental income from disputed property.now in f.y 2013-14 the tenant has given the tds certificates for the year f.y 2010/11 & 2011/12..now what can be done to claim the tds amount and what remedy shall be availble whether shoing rental income in the year of reciept and claiming tds thereof or revising return keeping in mind the time limit for filing revised return
