No TDS if transporter furnishes PAN...if not then 20% TDS will be deducted

agr seller khud hi transportaion srvc de rha hai to TDS nahi katega chahe vo transportation chgs invoice me mention kre ya na kre.. doesnt matter
bt agr trasportation third party se hai to fr TDS katega
