whats the procedure for claiming refund of excess tds deposited for the 4 quater of F.Y 13-14

File Return....If u r are salaried person then file Income tax return.

To Rinki Recently Traces added a new feature of claiming refund for excess TDs deposited but that feature is disabled for now by traces. So the option left is to file the income tax return of that deductee and claim refund. Thanks

you can use the challan to pay tds for any other deductee. for eg if you have deduct tax for professional serices u/s 194J say 50000 then you can use the 194A challan (as in your case)
