What are TDS rates prevailing in MP,Bihar and Jharkhand to be deducted out Gross work done by the contractor. Contractor doing work is in nature of making Railway Track for Power Plant.

TDS rates are applicable to India uniformly. There is no difference in TDS rates state wise. In your case assuming section 194C is applicable it will be 1% (non companies broadly) or 2%.(companies broadly)
