I have a question ons TDS, we are an online seller, we use payment gateway to collect payment from out customers. Payment gateway provider deducts his charge and pays the balance to our bank account. They send us a monthly invoice mentioning their charges deducted. In this case is TDS applicable ?

I think it comes under 194C
