dear Sir,

My query is that our company has hire contractor to do one job ,the contractor has also hired few subcontractor (hiring work) to do the job.

Due to some reason contractor said to its client to pay its subcontractor on his behalf.

Please confirm whether we will deduct 194C on contractor behalf or else.
