Fees paid for participation in Exhibition (i.e.  for booking stalls for no. of dyas)

Is there any TDS obligation?

Hi Vikas,

Yes there would be a TDS obligation.
Fees paid for Exihibiting the Goods/Services in stalls will attract 194C and TDS as  Advertisement contract would be deductible.
