A company has paid some advertisement expenses and deducted TDS on same... Now the company distributes the expenses among the dealers ( on behalf of whom the exp. was made).. wheather the dealers are liable to deducte TDS on Payment to Company... If yes under what section....

TDS is not attracted on reimbursement of expenses,in this case distributors are reimbursing the company for the advertisment expenses incured on there behalf so distributors are not required to deduct TDS., Company have to deduct TDS u/s 194c for Advertising Expense.
