HI friends,
One of the client has forgot to deduct tds for an third party and filed the return. What is the solution to slolve the issue? also Is any impact or problem arise later ?

Under Sec 40 a (ia)expenses is disallowable. U can file revised return. Otherwise U may tax + Interest + Penalty in assesement order.
