Rate of TDS willbe 2.06%, so the amount of TDS willbe Rs. 464, Rs. 515 and Rs. 556 respectively

it is a case of section 194I so that TDS will be deducted @ 10%

TDS Shall be deducted u/s 194 I for Rs. 2318, Rs. 2575 & Rs. 2781 per month respectively.
