20% TDS means non furnish of PAN
here the bank can not issue form 16A with pan details, and it can not be reflected in 26AS, so the question of refund does not arise
if bank revise their return and put your pan in their tds return, then its possible
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
