Tds 194q after exempt or on total

we are eligible to deduct tds on purchase. I want to know abt deductable amount if we purchase from Mr ram rs 80 lakh. then how much tds to be deduct is that on 80 lakh or on 80 lakh minus exempt 50 lakh

so tds is 8000 or 3000
plz confirm amount
