We have received an invoice from Bangladesh for legal services.
I know 194J would applicable. But I want to know the TDS rate - 10% / 20%
Note - They are not giving any PAN
What is the TDS rate for this scenario?

Sir, if services are received from Outside India, then sec 195 is applicable

Payments to non residents is covered by Section 195.
Tds rate will be 31.2%
