" No deduction shall be made under this section, if the sum payable during the financial year does not exceed Rs. 30,000. "

tds shall be required to be deducted since aggregate amount exceeds rs. 30000 during the financial year (20000+20000)

is that from one firm or different ?
if you get it from one firm then it will be applicable other wise not.
as per rule if your professional fees payable value more than 30000 then you are liable to deduct it.
