i just want to know tds applicability on interest paid on car loan taken from kotak mahindra finance .

Interest in applicable if interest paid is more than 5000/- ( Rs 10000/- in case of banking company) u/s 194A TDS should be deducted at 10%..........

tds not applicable on paymt of such int to finance companies
