Recently I have joined with a construction company, Still they have Not file VAT Returns for the financial years of 2008-09,2009-10 & 2010-11 & also They are not file TDS for the same years. They are not deduct TDS for 2008-09 Financial year. Can you please help how to solve the problem & is there any other taxation issues or not?
