What payment of room rent to hotel actratives TDS? Payment was made for Rs.35,000/- only.

hai,

 As per circular-5/2002

  • Rooms taken in hotel on regular basis,whether a room or set of rooms are earmarked or not,under such contract-----section 194I shall apply
  •  Agreement merely in the nature of a rate contract---section 194I  not shall apply
