Whether TDS is applicable on CFS ( Container Fright Station) due and Liners Due payment..
IS there any exemption, If any exemption is available then please give me that notification details.

Is the Clearing and forwarding Agent meeting this expense? if so it is an actual reimbursement and no TDS and TDS be deducted only on Agency Commission charged in the bill
