is tds receivables relating previous periods not relating to the prev.year can claimed
it was not taken in to the books in the earlier period
pls let me know dis as early as possible

Yes, you can claim so, You must had shown that income relates to TDs and should have genuine reason why it was not claime in last year.

No , u cannot claim in other year , but u can revise ur return if time is available to revise return and then u can take the benefit.

I agree with Mr. Raveesh, If U have disclosed your related income of TDS in previous yr. and TDS has not been claimed, U can revise your return, claiming TDS. One more point if U follow cash System and related income has not been received by U in that p.y. U can claim TDS in C.Y. by including your income in C.Y.. The important point is that U must show the related income for claim of TDS.
