if contractor work with materials .so how can TDS Deduct i.e on total invoice value or seperatly (materials & Labour Charge )?

look into your accounting method, where u book the contractor payment, and proceed accordingly.

Ask the contractor to show the amounts for material and labour separately in the invoice.If he does so, then deduct TDS on the amount of labour.if he does not then deduct TDS on the total invoice amount.
