basis? Dear Pankaj and Subhashini. if something went wrrong with my reply?
wasn't it enough "Retainership is payable to professionals".
if there is anything which i'm not aware of? Pls explain the question first - Pankaj has given only two symptoms - Retainer Fee and PR Service - for which type of job this payment is being made? i believe it can not be else than PR management service.
and also please see the meaning of "retainer" in a good dictionary.
