as all know abt the change in date of tds deposit for the month of march is increase to september
i want to know whether it is for whole month of march or for 31 march only

Any interest , commission or brokerage [ rent or rayalty ] fees for professional services or fees for technical services payable to a resident or amount payable to u/s 194c on which tax is deductable at source and such tax has not been deducted or after deduction has not been paid. (a) In a case where the tax was deductable and was deducted during the last mont of the P.Y , on or before the due date specified u/s 139(1) (b) in any other case on or before the last day of the P.Y.
So it is applicable to whole month of march.
