I think it can be covered under technical service like testing charges.

HI FRIENDS
IT IS TECHNICAL TESTING AND ANALYSIS EXPENSES. IT SHOULD BE COVERED BY 194J- PROFESSIONAL/ TECHNICAL FEES

it is a technical charges. and TDS will attract U/s 194J (Professional fee)
