I Deducted Tds For Month Of April But Tds Not Deposited To Govt. This Tds Deposited  To Govt In Janu

Now In This Case My Tds Return File In Quarter.

Discuss About Liability 

I Have Pay Interest 1.5% On Tds Amount

Any Other Liability Or Penlty Arise In This Situation And Mainly Fess U/S 234 E Will Be Leaviable ?
