can i claim tcs receivable under section 206 CO while filling my income tax return.
I have income from partnership firm i.e interest, remuneration and profit from firm and i pay the due tax on the above income as per provisions !
please guide regarding claim of tcs u/s 206CO

I don't think you are offering the income mentioned in 206CO in your personal ITR. That should be ideally reported under your partnership firm PAN. So no question of claiming it under your PAN
