A hospital bill on their patients and exceeds Rs.2 lacs. Is TCS to be collected if they make part payment by cash and part by card ? Is hospital exempted from collecting TCS ?

Hospital/health services have not been exempted from the levy of TCS u/s. 206 (1d), till the date. If any single bill, exceeds 2 lakhs, but payment doesn't exceed 2 lakhs by cash mode, TCS is not applicable. Generelly hospitals issue multiple bills, based on daily basis.
