can anyone tell me when TCS return should be filed if it is collected  in june month and the same is remitted to deptt on 4 aug i.e. after the due date (7th July) with interest.

either it is on 15 july or 15 oct.

if it is 15 july then what penalty or interest  will be imposed for delay filing of TCs
