We are in Coal Trading Business. We purchase Coal from WCL & sale to other companies. TCS is now applicable for coal business, we have already registered for TDS, now my query is that is TCS registraion necessary for our company and have we to register separetly for TCS also. Please solve my query.

There is no separate application required for TCS collection, remittance or furnishing returns if you already have a TAN. You can quote the same in all the challans and returns.
