what are the tcs provisions in gst that is applicable from 1 october 2020 can any one guide

TCS on 206C(1H) is applicable on value inclusive of GST right??

TCS Applicable from 1/10/2020 is under Income tax not under GST.

Yes..but tcs at .1/.075% to be applied on value inclusive of GST??

yes its applicable after gst amount , on total invoice value .

(Refer Corrigendum to Circular no. 76/50/2018 -GST)

GST . 12% 12

Total . 112

Now TCS Applicable on Rs 112/-
