There are numerous provisions which are being explained for the financial year 20 21.

Party FY 2020-21 are liable tcs then FY 21-22 tcs liable continue or above 50 lacs on liable?
You have to check every year. it's not depend on previous year. TCS should be collected when every year when sales receipts crosses 50Lacs.
