yes tcs @ 1 % applicable if jewellery purchased in cash exceeding RS 5 lakhs & bullion purchased in cash exceeding RS 2 lakh
is they per bill per wise or yearly
it applicable for per transaction (bill) not yearly
As per section 206C of IT Act 1%
