Is TCS applicable for sale of 3 wheeler where consideration exceeds Rs.2 lacs
Example: Sale Value Rs.178000, Road Tax Rs.72000 Cash Received Rs.240000

Yes I thinks tcs is applcable as its exceed 2 lakh
i guess the limit is 10 lacs in case of motor vehicles ??? ..three wheeler generally would be covered under motor vehicles..
