If basic value Rs.1000 & IGST @ 18% Rs.180 than TCS @ 1% to be calculated on base value Rs.1000 or Basic + Gst on Rs. 1180.On which value TCS to be calculated. Please reply.

No, TDS/TDC need to collected on basic value only. i.e Rs 100. CBDT has clarified through Circular No. 23/2017. TDS and TCS are in the same nature
