Tcs on sale of scrap

Dear Sir/ Madam, If a Motor Vehicle workshop sell the scrap generated during repair of motor vehicle like engine oil, clutch plate etc, will TCS be attracted on it as the definition of scrap includes generation during mechanical process. Please Clarify. Thanks and Regards
