Dear team i purchased forklift machines ..supplier given the invoice .
(Machine value + GST ) = 54 Lakhs
now he add the TCS on 54 lakhs ..
my doubt is TCS applicable With GST ?
As per the recent circular of CBIC, GST should be charged on Basic value plus TCS collected on it.
