electronic commerce operator such as zomato deducts Tcs on sale but it does not file it's tcs return correctly, resulting there is mismatch in sales. because of that i m not able to claim my tcs. and suffering a huge loss of tcs amount.
i have complained to zomato team many times but no response given. so what should i do so that it comple to rectify all details for the f.y 2019-20. plz suggest what to do.

For such type of cases, No relief exist in GST act.You can opt for other civil remedies or You can request to ECO to rectify GST8 in next tax period.so that you can claim is TCS credit.
