electronic commerce operator such as zomato deducts Tcs on sale but it does not file it's tcs return correctly, resulting there is mismatch in sales. because of that i m not able to claim my tcs. and suffering a huge loss of tcs amount.
i have complained to zomato team many times but no response given. so what should i do so that it comple to rectify all details for the f.y 2019-20. plz suggest what to do.
